I am a professional Operations Administrator with a positive demeanour and a breadth of knowledge that could be at your disposal.

Since the summer of 2022, I have been the Co-founder and COO of Drift Golf, where I have handled operations oversight and implementation, hiring and onboarding of new staff, and financial management. My MBA, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Operations, will be completed in June 2024. Historically, I have managed projects of various sizes, added value to my business clients’ or employers, and improved operational efficiency.

Co-Founder and COO, Drift Golf Ltd.

Overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Drift Golf, a sports-tech SaaS platform for golfers and golf courses.

  • Designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures to promote company growth and efficiency.
  • Hiring, onboarding, and payroll for 3-5 staff.
  • Attended conventions, trade shows, and conferences and worked with the CEO to represent the company.
  • Act as CFO for investor relations and financial planning and CTO for oversight of software developers in an agile environment.

Office Manager, Moxies Bar & Grill

Financial management of the restaurant’s cash flow and general office management.

  • Reconciled receivables daily, examined and corrected any shortages /overages in sales, weekly accounts payable, and cash handling.
  • Onboarding, payroll, and timekeeping support for approximately 30 staff.
  • Acted as keyholder and provided FOH manager coverage when required.
  • Oversaw and trained others in successfully transitioning to a fully digital tip-out structure for staff, saving the company time and money.

Tyche Books is a small science fiction and fantasy publishing house, where I handled the production and operations side of the business.

  • Project Management for book production, including adhering to timelines & costs, layout, and printer submission.
  • Supervised and onboarded two employees, and three sub-contractors, as well as maintained 15 author /publishing agreements.
  • All business budgeting and accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, royalty calculations, and bank accounts).
  • Spoke at three conferences for corporate awareness, arranged five author book tours, and multiple interviews for self and authors.
